My mission and passion in life is to share what I have learned over my 20+ yrs as an integrative wellness practitioner and a lifetime spent with horses. I believe that Horses are sacred, sentient beings who take on the emotions and issues of their people and deserve and benefit greatly from receiving healing for themselves.

->To be a solid partner in any horse or human relationship, you must be able to regulate your own nervous system first. This is the most important, yet least discussed aspect of horsemanship and we need a shift to make that the first priority! 

We often misunderstand what our animals are trying to tell us. Imagine if you could ask your horse if there is anything troubling them, why they behave the way they do, and what they need to thrive. You can!

In my sessions I offer multi faceted approach blending Gentle Structural Integration, Bodywork ( Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release), Cranio Sacral Therapy, Somatics Fascial Unwinding, Animal Communication, Energy & Body Reading Skills, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Bach Flower Remedy, and provide you and your horse a wide array of wellness tools you can learn to use to support healing on multiple levels; physically, emotionally, spiritually, and behaviourally.

The approach I teach is a wonderful complement to the FEEL® (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning) methodology, as it allows us to use the best of science and combine it with our intuition, all while strengthening our bond and connection with our horses!

About Integrative Equine Bodywork Sessions:

Intuition is the forefront of my practice. Your horses are allowed to guide and facilitate their sessions, allowing them to have a complete experience. When we are led by the horse, instead of a methodical practice, we can truly hear what they are trying to communicate to us.

Every horse is different and so are their needs. You'll find that each session will be different and each horse will be worked on based on their preferences. I include several holistic modalities to make sure your horse is getting the most effective session. Horses know their bodies better than we do and through this process you’ll find that they are the true healers all along.

60- 90 mins Integrative Bodywork Session Initial $140

Includes a review of goals/concerns/initial observation (both static and dynamic) 60-90 mins of Integrative Bodywork (a variety of techniques; Sports Massage, Gentle Structural Integration, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myo-Manipulative Alignement Technique, Stretching, Energy Work), Follow Up Wellness/Stretches/Exercises/Technique recommendation between aptm. A detailed session report can be provided.

60 mins Bodywork Session Follow up $100 Single Horse, $80 Multi Horse
