Hi, my name is Eve Casavant

I am so happy you are here!

I have been with and around horses my whole life, caring for them from a young age at my Family’s successful Equestrian centre in Quebec. I have been offering and practicing Human Integrative Wellness & Bodywork for over 20 years. Today I am merging all my knowledge to offer Humans and Horses possibilities for healing.

In 2019 I founded Kind Spirit Horses where we (the horses and I ) offer Equine guided experiences to help humans reconnect with their authentic being and live a healthier more aligned and balanced life.

My mission is to help horses and humans find peace in their body and soul. In facilitating Communication between Horse and Human, I hope to inspire people to get reconnected to the everyday magic that lives inside of them and to support horses by helping them heal their physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

I provide a safe and comfortable space for people and horses to relax, let go and share what’s going on for them. I understand the work that I do as it is what helped me and my 3 rescue horses heal so many layers of pain. I want you to know you are not alone. As I highly sensitive person I understand sometimes it is not easy to navigate the world as we know today.

I got tired and lost my light in 2017 after over extending myself as a wellness practitioner, and went through massive amount of grief when my mother passed away in 2019. I have lived with chronic pain and auto-immune conditions, my wellbeing has been affected and undermined by concussions symptoms and I’ve experienced living with high levels of anxiety. The Horses helped me get through it all and guided me towards the path I am on today. A life filled with joy, love and abundance.

Today I want to share what I have learned with you, and I am also here to offer support to your equine partner. We are all here to walk each other home. I am here to help you remember.
